Derek is a great bartender. Delicious espresso martinis! The olive oil & seasoning that comes w/ the complementary bread is very flavorful.

I’ve been coming to this Carrabba’s location for well over 10 years with family and friends. My dad was actually the one who introduced me to it, and it’s become one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently great, the drinks and desserts are excellent, and I’ve almost always had wonderful service. My spouse and I came in for lunch around 5:00 p.m. on June 29th. It was his very first visit, and since I’m a regular, I was excited for him to experience one of my favorite restaurants. It also wasn’t busy at the time, which made the service even more surprising. Our waitress was polite, but from the moment she greeted us, she gave off the impression that she really didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked as a server myself, so I completely understand having off days, and I tried to be understanding. We received our bread, and I asked for two side dressings, which seemed to annoy her a bit. The food runner brought our drinks and salads, and later our entrées were delivered. After that, we hardly saw her again besides when she took drink orders . In fact, I only saw our actual server at the beginning of the meal and then again at the very end. I've been a loyal Carrabba's customer for many years and have dined at locations across several states. Without question, the Sterling Heights location is the best I've experienced. From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel like family. Operating Proprietor Christina sets the tone with her warm, welcoming presence, and it shows throughout the entire restaurant. She genuinely cares about the guest experience, and it makes a lasting impression. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. On the rare occasion something isn't quite right, the staff corrects it immediately with professionalism and a smile. That level of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it's one of the many reasons I continue coming back. If you're looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a restaurant where you're treated like a valued guest every visit, Carrabba's in Sterling Heights is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service. We had steak marsala, Bryan's chicken and Mezzaluna (chicken/cheese ravioli in a light palomino sauce). Was his birthday and they gave us a huge piece of cake ($10.99 on menu) for free. Great atmosphere for a private cozy celebration. Oh, they start you off with the herbed-dipping oil and bread. Delicious.
